The role of management accounting change in emerging-market organizations

This dissertation has sought to contribute to existing management accounting literature by focusing on three different issues: first, the reaction of individual actors to the use of management accounting in response to hybridization processes; second, the role of management accounting in addressing stretch goals; and finally, the interaction between multiple management accounting routines and its impact on the application of a new management accounting routine.
