Die frühen, unkonventionellen Erfahrungen mit dem „Appeal“ und der sinnlich-konkreten Materialität der Puppenwelten genauso wie mit ihrer Dekonstruktion prägten das Selbstverständnis seiner künstlerischen und (später auch) therapeutischen Arbeit. Die Faszination, vom gestalteten Ganzen zu den Teilen (Dekonstruktion) und von den Teilen wiederum zur Gestaltung des Ganzen (Rekonstruktion) zu gelangen, steht dabei im Mittelpunkt seines Sich-Einlassens auf die Puppe. The self-understanding of his artistic and (later on) therapeutic work has been shaped by unconventional early experiences with the appeal and sensual-concrete materiality of the dolls’ worlds as well as with their deconstruction.
