Abstract
Digitization and convergence have changed the context of content-production for tv-companies. The consequences of the contextual change are the crossmedial conception, production and distribution of content to maximize the added value for the tv-companies. This implies a new challenge for the competence of creative human resources and for the management of creative innovations in tv-companies.
Based on the analysis of crossmedia content production this dissertation analyzes methods and gives implications for the adaption of process structure and personal competences in terms of a crossmedia innovation management.
