Abstract
The thesis contains the results of a development of a course in quantum mechanics
for students of teachership and mastership at the Siegen university. The
course is part of the development of the Siegener teaching concept which uses
Maple for presenting and visualization of abstract mathematical results. The
aim of the Siegener teaching concept is a complete course in physics using Maple
(classical mechanics, elektrodynamics, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics and
particle physics) for students of teachership and mastership .
The course in quantum mechanics is not only suitable for students of physics but
for pupils. It can be used for a course at the university and at home. Some parts
of the course can be used for instruction at secondary school.
