Abstract
Traditional providers of TV content are preparing for a progressive change in the TV industry due to digitization and internationalization. New providers are entering the market and fragmenting the market with new business models. From the point of view of a TV provider, a cooperation is a goal-oriented form of organization to support the value-added processes and a suitable strategy for gaining competitive advantages. In order to identify, systematize and assess cooperation options at different levels of value creation, this book presents a structural framework for a value creation network in the TV industry.
